Addie is 6 months old today!

I can't believe how fast time flies! It has already been 6 months since our sweet little lady was born. She is such a good baby. I don't know how we got so lucky!

Things Addie is doing at 6 months old:

*Still sleeps the whole night through.
*Eats, and eats! Her favorites are peaches and pears.
*Is rolling from her back to tummy and tummy to back.
*Almost sitting up by herself without toppling over.
*Loves playing and biting on toys.
*Absolutely adores splashing in the bath tub.
*Starting to scoot forwards and backwards.
*Cries when her mom leaves the room without her.
*Laughs her head off when her dad tickles her.
*Says mama mama ma (not dada yet) ha ha Kyle.
*Loves watching the Baby Einstein movies.
*And she knows how to inch her way out of her car seat, good thing it buckles!

I'm Catching Up...

Last night I finally finished the book "New Moon". I know, I know, I am very behind on reading the series. I just haven't found the time to read, with working full time and being a mom. My awesome husband surprised me a couple days ago and bought me the third book "Eclipse". I told him how I was almost done with the second book and couldn't wait to start the next. So when I asked him to go to Costco to grab some salad dressing he also bought the book. I know what you are all thinking, everyone in Costco probably had him pegged as gay. What guy buys just a book and salad dressing? The poor thing! That would be the second time this month that this happened to him, with the whole renting the Twilight movie by himself and all. Gotta love him!

Another Costco must try. Did I mention I love Costco?

Lettuce Wraps

Every time we go to Costco we try to find something new that we haven't tried before. Today we found something really yummy! You can use them as an appetizer or as a salad, and they are way easy to make. We bought the Okami lettuce wrap kit. Definitely a must try!

So this is what we woke up to this morning. There is nothing like having a little bit of Christmas in April. Is anyone else sick of this weather like I am?

Jamba's and Movies

I have the best husband ever! I still hadn't seen Twilight, until last night. My sweet husband went and rented it for me, and also brought me back one of my favorite treats! A Caribbean passion Jamba Juice. It was so yummy, and Kyle almost stayed awake for the whole movie. I thought the movie was awesome, almost as good as the book. Kyle also rented Marley & Me, we are going to watch it tonight.
